Terms & Agreements For Condo Rental   LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY UPON PAYMENT YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THE CANCELLATION TERMS AS LISTED BELOW AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING; OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, COST OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER INCURRED BY ANY PERSON OCCUPYING OR VISITING THE ACCOMMODATION, ARISING OUT OF (A) PERSONAL INJURY, ACCIDENT OR DEATH (B) PROPERTY LOSS (C) LOSS OF PHYSICAL OR MENTAL ENJOYMENT (D) DELAY OR INCONVENIENCE RESULTING FROM ANY ACTS OR OMISSION OF THE OWNER OF THE ACCOMMODATION, OR ANY OTHER PARTY OR FROM ANY ACT OF GOD, WAR, STRIKE, GOVERNMENTAL ACT, OR ANY OTHER EVENT OR CAUSE. UPON PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATIONS EACH GUEST SHALL AND HEREBY DOES INDEMNIFY THE OWNER, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES AND HOLD THEM HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY CLAIM WHICH OCCURS AS A RESULT OF OCCUPYING THE ACCOMMODATIONS, VISITING CABARETE, OR IN CONNECTION WITH TRAVEL THERETO OR THEREFROM. INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL Exclusive private use of condo and facilities during residency. NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL Air transportation, ground transportation to and from condo, food and beverage costs.

After making your original booking a contract will be sent out by email or fax and a deposit will be taken. This deposit will vary dependant on length of rental. REFUND POLICY There will be no refund on the deposit. Once the booking is confirmed by the owner and full payment received We will work with you on rescheduling for a time that is convenient for both of us should you need to cancel for any reason.

Only those named on the contract are permitted to stay in the unit, primary renter is to be at least 21 yrs of age.

A damage deposit of $200 in cash is due when presented with the keys on check in. this is returned to you of course on check out provided things are ok.

Elke will meet you upon arrival and explain things and present you with the keys, she is your contact should there be a break down or a problem arise for any reason.

Condo is cleaned before arrival and supplied with towels and bedding.

Price includes cleaning 2 times per week including towel and bedding laundering.

No pets or any animals of any kind allowed in the unit.

All prices are in US dollars

All illicit practices, such as the consumption of drugs, prostitution, or other illegal cases will be dealt with the expulsion from the premises TENANT promises to keep the premises in a neat and sanitary condition. NOISE AND DISRUPTIVE ACTIVITIES  >TENANT or his/her guests and invitees shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience other tenants of the building, neighbors, the LANDLORD or his agents, or workmen nor violate any law, nor commit or permit waste or nuisance in or about the premises. Please do not purchase air fair until I offically reserve your stay.
